Lloyd runs LMB Plumbing & Heating from Pencoed, covering Bridgend, Cardiff and the Vale. We rebuilt the website around the jobs he actually wants, boiler installs first, with a page for each service and each town he works in, all written to answer the questions people type into Google. The fixed-price boiler funnel sits on the same site so a visitor can get a real price without waiting for a callback.
The phone side is automated. If a call goes unanswered a text goes back within seconds. An AI assistant then handles the conversation on WhatsApp: it asks what the job is, asks for photos where the type of job needs them, passes the details to Lloyd to price, and books the customer in once the price is agreed. After the job a Google review request goes out automatically.
LMB holds number one in the Pencoed map pack for plumber, gas engineer, boiler installation, boiler service and boiler repair searches, and now ranks well across Bridgend for boiler install and boiler service searches too. Google's AI Overview names LMB when people ask who should install a boiler in Bridgend, citing the pages we built. Every enquiry, whether it came from search, the boiler campaign on Google Ads or the funnel, lands in the CRM with its source recorded, so Lloyd can see what produced each job.
