Every quote request lands in the CRM with its source recorded, so Aled can see which page and channel produced each enquiry and reply from his phone between jobs. Anyone who rings or messages instead is caught by the missed-call text-back and the AI booking assistant, which gathers the job details, asks for photos where needed, and books them in once Aled has priced it.
