Rugged London sell reclaimed timber, handmade furniture and bespoke shopfitting from Fawkham in Kent through a Shopify store. We audited the site across fourteen areas, mapped the search demand, and found the money terms had no paid ads on them at all. The plan splits the store into the collections people actually search for, adds London and Kent pages, and puts search ads on terms nobody else is bidding on.
The engagement started in August. The first month is Search Console, tracking, the Google Business Profile, the Shopify quick wins and the first ads, in that order.
A written plan with fifty-nine actions in four phases, a demand map of the terms worth chasing, and the tracking in place so month three can be measured against a real baseline.
