Jack Snelling is an electrician and EV charger installer based in Dalgety Bay, covering Fife and Edinburgh, both sides of the Forth. His old site was a directory template. We built snelling-electrical.co.uk from scratch: a page for each service, an EV charger quote funnel that gives a price on screen, a fuse board funnel, and a page for each town he works in, written for Scottish law and Scottish geography rather than copied from an English site.
Emergency work leads the site because that is what he wants more of, with a call button that stays on screen on a phone. Every WhatsApp tap and email goes through a short capture step so the enquiry lands in the CRM as well as on Jack's phone.
Fifty-three pages live, indexed and tracked. Every enquiry from the site arrives with a note of which page it came from, so Jack can see what is working, and a Google Business Profile action sheet sits alongside so the map pack work matches the site.
